Deliveries

For all deliveries, we use refrigerated trucks to ensure your order is delivered cold. We will contact you the week before to provide you with more information on your delivery. You will receive a call/text message prior to your delivery arriving on the day.

To ensure you receive quality, fresh, and tender meat, we strongly recommend that someone be home to place it in the fridge/ freezer immediately upon arrival. It is not delivered with cold packs - we are committed to reducing landfill and any unnecessary items in packaging.

Once it is delivered, it is at your risk. After delivery, the condition and consumption of the products are totally at your risk, and you are solely responsible for the proper and safe washing, handling, preparation, storage, cooking, use, and consumption of the products following delivery.
