Our Meat
Our F1 Wagyu and Black Angus Beef
Our farms are home to both a premium F1 Wagyu and a high-quality Black Angus herd, offering a diverse range of exceptional beef options. Our regenerative approach begins with nurturing healthy, nutrient-rich soil, ensuring that every step of our process produces beef that is both high-quality, ethical, and delicious.
For our F1 Wagyu herd, we provide two options: 100% pasture-raised or pasture-raised with grain assistance. Both options prioritise the well-being of our cattle, which remain on farms grazing on lush pastures. In the grain-assisted option, cattle are offered locally grown grain in the final stages to enhance marbling and flavor, while continuing to enjoy their pasture-based lifestyle.

01. SOIL HEALTH
The health of our soil is paramount to our breeding program. We heavily invest in organic materials that nurture the soil to enable the best possible pasture production. We use a combination of regenerative methods (organic fertilisers, rotational grazing, and weed suppression) to give our herd the most nutritious pasture.
Our regenerative techniques enable us to consistently produce quality, great-tasting beef
Our cattle management practices are strongly grounded in low-stress handling techniques and principles. Our Farm management team has over 60 years of experience in developing farms, pasture improvement, and livestock management. Our commitment to soil health, pasture improvement, and gentle farming provides great quality beef.
